Mixing Cocaine (coke) and Methadone

Both can disturb the heart's rhythm, and you would not feel it building. Avoid this combination.
Both prolong the QT interval, and methadone's QT effect is dose-dependent and associated with a roughly four-fold rise in sudden cardiac death. Cocaine adds its own arrhythmia risk on top while masking sedation. This is a heart-rhythm risk more than a breathing one, and it is not something you would feel building.
The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.
