Mixing Alcohol and DXM (robo)
Dangerous
Each makes the other stronger: you can lose coordination, pass out without warning, and have trouble breathing. Do not combine, and never above the lowest recreational (first-plateau) dose of DXM. Put anyone who passes out on their side.
Both substances potentiate the ataxia and sedation caused by the other and can lead to unexpected loss of consciousness at high doses. Place the affected individual in the recovery position to prevent vomit aspiration from excess. Additionally, CNS depression can lead to difficulty breathing. Avoid on anything higher than 1st plateau.
This combination carries bodily risk and can go badly psychologically. The headspace part often arrives first and makes the physical part harder to notice.
