Mixing Alcohol and Ketamine (ket)

Both knock out coordination, and together vomiting and passing out are very likely. Do not combine. If someone passes out, put them on their side so they cannot choke on vomit.
Both substances cause ataxia and bring a very high risk of vomiting and unconsciousness. If the user falls unconscious while under the influence there is a severe risk of vomit aspiration if they are not placed in the recovery position.
This combination carries bodily risk and can go badly psychologically. The headspace part often arrives first and makes the physical part harder to notice.
