Two strong stimulants with heavily overlapping cardiovascular effects and mismatched durations — cocaine is gone in under an hour, methamphetamine is present for most of a day. Redosing cocaine against a meth baseline stacks heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature with no proportionate gain.
The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.
