Mixing Fentanyl and GHB / GBL
Dangerous
Both have almost no margin, and naloxone reverses the fentanyl but does nothing for the GHB. Do not combine.
Two substances with almost no margin between a working dose and an unrousable one, acting on different receptors so neither ceiling helps. Naloxone will reverse the fentanyl half and do nothing for the GHB half.
The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.
