Each makes the other much stronger, fast and unpredictably, so people pass out quickly. Do not combine. If someone passes out, put them on their side so they cannot choke on vomit.
The two substances potentiate each other strongly and unpredictably, very rapidly leading to unconsciousness. While unconscious, vomit aspiration is a risk if not placed in the recovery position.
The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.
