Lithium lowers the seizure threshold, and how dissociatives interact with it is poorly reported. Take less PCP than usual, and do not use alone.
Both affect neuronal excitability and lithium narrows the seizure threshold. Dissociative interactions with lithium are inconsistently reported; treat as unpredictable.
The risk here is to the experience — intensity, panic, thought loops, confusion. Physical harm is unlikely at ordinary doses. Setting, company and dose do most of the work.
