Additive opioid effect with two unpredictable variables stacked: kratom products vary widely in alkaloid content between batches, and codeine's conversion to morphine varies widely between people. Neither dose means what you think it means.
The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.
