Caution

Additive CNS depression — increased drowsiness, confusion, impaired coordination and memory. The combination is common and rarely dangerous at normal doses in healthy adults, but it compounds the fall and impairment risk benzodiazepines already carry, and adds to any respiratory depression when other depressants are also present.

Risk / Physical

The risk here is to the body — breathing, heart, temperature or organs. Set limits before you start, because this kind of harm does not announce itself in time to react.
