Dangerous
NBOMes and pregabalin are reported to have significant seizure concerns that are likely to increase in combination. Therapeutic dosages of pregabalin are unlikely to be of concern and may decrease NBOMes side effects such as vasoconstriction and anxiety.
This combination carries bodily risk and can go badly psychologically. The headspace part often arrives first and makes the physical part harder to notice.
