Caution should be given due to 5-MeO-xxT drugs stimulating effects and pregabalin’s seizure concerns at higher dosages. Pregabalin may reduce the vasoconstriction, anxiety, and other side effects of 5-MeO-xxT drugs. Additionally, Pregabalin may increase 5-MeO-xxT drugs inhibition and risk of injury.
